Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch back in its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Secure Shipment

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service to send the item back to our London-based quality control center.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the timepiece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days via your original payment method.
